Unfortunately, M.A.C. Solutions is not authorized to provide service to these products.

HOW LONG WILL MY REPAIR TAKE?

M.A.C. Solutions LLC understands that your computer is vital to your productivity and we make every effort to minimize the time it takes to return your machine to you.

However there are a number of factors which will determine your turnaround time:
• Severity or complexity of the damage or fault.
• Availability of necessary replacement parts.
• Current service traffic in our shop.

We strive to have all repairs completed within 1 business week or less, but please be aware one or more of the above factors can extend that time.

If your repair is particularly time sensitive. Priority service is available for an addional cost.

WHAT DOES "VINTAGE" MEAN?

"Vintage" is a status Apple applies to certain machines that reach a pre-determined age limit at which point, service resources and replacement parts are no longer made available to Specialists by Apple.

This doesn't mean we can't repair a machine that has reached "Vintage" status, but it does mean that replacement parts may no longer be available, or the cost to repair such a machine may not be economically viable given a particular machine's aftermarket value.

"Vinatage" also means that it COULD take longer than our average turnaround time if we need to locate parts through third-party sources.

If your computer is over 5-6 years old and you'd like to find out if it is Vintage status, please call us with the serial number and we can look it up for you.

WILL YOU COME TO OUR HOME / OFFICE?

Absolutely! M.A.C. Solutions is fully equipped to handle onsite service in any situation.

ARE YOU HIRING?

M.A.C. Solutions currently has all the staff we require and we are not hiring at the current time.

WHAT IS APPLE CARE?

All Apple computers come with a one year manufacturer's warranty for parts and labor. AppleCare extends that coverage for two additional years (Cost varies by machine). M.A.C. Solutions LLC is authorized by Apple to provide service to equipment with AppleCare coverage.

DO YOU SELL USED OR REFURBISHED EQUIPMENT?

As a used machine becomes available, we will refurbish it and make it available for sale. We will post about available used equipment in our news section.

DO YOU BUY USED OR REFURBISHED EQUIPMENT?

We do not purchase used equipment.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Personal Checks and of course, cash.

We will also accept company purchase orders. (Pending Approval)

WHO IS MR. SUNSHINE?

When you visit M.A.C. Solutions, you will likely be greeted by our exceptionally friendly "Customer Relations Specialist" Mr. Sunshine (pictured at left).

Mr. Sunshine has been our faithful mascot for years, greeting each customer with a smile and a purr.
